1. Return Period You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns requested after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Please include all original packaging materials and accessories (e.g., screws, manuals).

  • The issue must not be caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at dafqxxaxacacavavha@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photographic evidence if the product is defective. Our team will provide the return shipping address and further instructions within 48 hours.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect (e.g., damaged items or missing parts), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
